Terra Madre Salone del Gusto is the most important international event dedicated to food culture. Loving the Earth is the theme of this year.
La Granda and Sergio Capaldo will be present at Symbiotic Agriculture stand, along Valentino park.
There will be also some “tasty and didactic meeting” with La Granda and Sergio Capaldo.
The first is set on Wednesday 21st September, 8.30pm at Veneria Reale. There will be a special dinner to raise funds for the welcome of Terra Madre Salone del Gusto. Among protagonists there will be the salami of Beppe Dho (pork meat artisan) who reunites his art and knowledge with the quality of La Granda’s raw materials.
On Monday 22nd September there will be “Quello che ci resta della carne”, a tasty meeting at Eataly’s kitchen at 3pm. On this occasion Sergio Capaldo and his chef Luca Cantù will explain all the meat’s secrets. In combination sparkling wine by Alta Langa.
The debate between breeders, butchers and chefs will be the crucial point of Slow Meat: less meat, more quality. This meeting of Terra Madre will take place Saturday 24th September at Torino Esposizioni. Sergio Capaldo will explain his idea of honest farm.
The symbiotic is the new agriculture frontier. It will be explain by all the chain protagonists on Saturday 24th September, 4.30 pm, at Torino Esposizioni.
On Monday 26th September, 12 pm at Circolo dei Lettori, Beppe Dho (pork meat artisan) will show his cooked ham flavoured with mountain hay and cooked salami, typical Piedmontese product.
The last but not the least Un Batterio per Amico and Salviamo la Fertilità dei Suoli, both Sunday 25th September at 10.30 am and 1.30 pm. The protagonist of meeting will be Giusto Giovannetti and Giampiero Lombardi, scientific soul of La Granda.
